MARCOM’s "Bloodborne Pathogens in Healthcare Facilities" Video Program has been specifically created to assist facilities in fulfilling the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard's (29 CFR Part 1910.1030) training requirements. Bloodborne diseases are a serious concern in the United States. "Hepatitis B" infects over 70,000 people annually, and has over one million "carriers" in the U.S. The HIV virus, which usually leads to AIDS, currently infects over one million people. Because of the increasing problems with these diseases, in 1991 OSHA passed a "Bloodborne Pathogens" regulation. The videotape includes information on the contents of the standard, epidemiology and symptoms of bloodborne diseases, modes by which bloodborne disease is transmitted, the exposure control plan, recognition of exposure situations, practices to prevent exposure, HBV vaccination, emergency procedures, signs and labels, selection and use of personal protective equipment, and more. The video program comes with a comprehensive leader's guide, reproducible scheduling and attendance form, employee quiz, training certificate and training log.

Custom orders, such as hard hats, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in invemtory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Shipping & Handling Fees:
Non-refundable.

Re-stock Fees:
We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if you return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you return UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.

Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

TRANSIT TIME

Please note our boots are shipped directly to our customers from our manufactures across the United States; because of this please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx or mail from our warehouse in Pittsburgh PA. The below diagram show the typical transit time by UPS. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays like Thanksgiving. Please add 1 - 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.

We ship most orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. Very light orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by mail. Packages being shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.

We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock. Some items do list alternate shipping times on their specific web pages. Expedited orders only will be notified of any delays.

UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
