Combining quality protective eyewear with corrective lenses, Uvex XC prescription safety glasses deliver the utmost protection without sacrificing visibility. When you order from this page you'll receive a pair of Uvex XC safety glasses and a Uvex Rx Insert with your prescription! We'll fill your prescription and (for an additional fee) we will also include a bifocal, progressive bifocal, trifocal, or progressive trifocal. Either provide your prescription information above or fax it to (724) 871-5503 after you submit your order (and be sure to include your web order number in your fax!)

Please note: Some customers require special options for proper comfort and vision correction, such as pupil distance (PD) and the segment height (segheight) of the bifocal/trifocal lenses. The most common values of 65mm pupil distance and 15mm segment height are used if they are otherwise unspecified. Prescription lenses are non-refundable and non-returnable. No checks or purchase orders, please; credit cards only.
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
Defects:
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
Opened Merchandise:
There is a 15% re-stock fee on opened merchandise (safety glass packages or anything that is in a sealed plastic bag) regardless of when it is returned.
Apparel, Ear Protection, Gloves, Footwear, & Accessories:
All apparel and accessories item(s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders, such as hard hats, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Special Orders:
Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in invemtory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Shipping & Handling Fees:
Non-refundable.
Re-stock Fees:
We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if you return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you return UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.

Expedited Shipping Information
Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment.
We ship to all US States, US Territories, Canada & Internationally.
TRANSIT TIME
Please note our boots are shipped directly to our customers from our manufactures across the United States; because of this please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx or mail from our warehouse in Pittsburgh PA. The below diagram show the typical transit time by UPS. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays like Thanksgiving. Please add 1 - 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.
We ship most orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. Very light orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by mail. Packages being shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.
We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock. Some items do list alternate shipping times on their specific web pages. Expedited orders only will be notified of any delays.
UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
