Spill Control Kits

In case of a chemical spill, a spill control kit can be useful. On our website, we carry spill control kits in a steel cabinet or various sizes of drums. The standard steel cabinet contains all necessary supplies for cleaning an emergency chemical spill. The spill control kits in a drum – either a steel salvage drum or polyethylene salvage drum – have all of the supplies contained within the drum to cleanup and dispose of the hazardous liquid. Some materials include absorbent bulk and pillows to absorb almost all liquids, except for hydrofluoric acid. In the case a fuming acid or chlorinated solvent spills, the universal sorbent materials should be handled with care and quickly, as these types of liquids can degrade polypropylene material.



We also carry a one-time use mercury cleanup kit. The kit comes with MERCSORB amalgamation powder and indicator and bottles to collect and dispose of the liquid.
