Minimize your exposure to the Flu

Swine flu is still prevalent, especially in schools, and everyone should be taking precautions to avoid the disease. The first step is, of course, remembering to wash your hands and, secondly, to sanitize them. All schools and workplaces should have some hand sanitizer on hand near soap and, if you’re looking to add a hand sanitizer dispenser, we have Purell, Germ X, and Natural Trends, as well as dispensers for them and sanitized wipes. For the latter, these can be used for hands as well as surfaces, such as sanitizing desks in a school or office building. A work or school environment should be clean and, while workers and students should wash their hands anyway, the next step in preventing swine flu is using hand sanitizer.

In some cases, additional precautions may need to be taken to prevent the spread of swine flu. Face masks, for example, are one way to prevent the spread of germs, as well as using disposable gloves in workplaces, such as a doctor’s office, dealing with the public. For face masks, we carry basic disposable ones and respirators. Both fit over the mouth and nose and don’t contain latex or fiberglass.
