All our kits are from top North America based manufacturers, and comply with all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. We also offer eyewash stations & wipes for cleaning safety equipment. Discount Safety Gear carries a wide range of general and industry-specific first aid kits made by North Safety and Certified Safety Manufacturing. Kit size goes from at-home personal use and industrial-size work place first aid kids. With the exception of the Redi-Care Promotional Kit, all first aid kits are OSHA-approved and ANSI- Z308.1-2003 compliant. Individual first aid kits can be small enough to be carried by a loop and key ring. However, they carry enough supplied for an individual first aid kit. One Redi-Care first aid kit has various bandages, first aid and poison ivy guides, burn cream, a cold pack, gauze, forceps, scissors, gloves, and an iodine wipe. Sizes for larger kits begin at 10 people and go upwards to industrial size kits for over 75 people. Instead of being in a case, an industrial size first aid kit comes in a metal cabinet. Aside from general first aid, we carry kits specific for industries, such as welding, logging, boating/US Coast Guard, warehouse, construction, and mechanics. In addition to first aid kits, we sell the ZOLL Defibrillator AED Plus, the only full-rescue AED for CPR and defibrillation. The kit comes with step-by-step instructions and has HelpTM, a feature that gives feedback about compression and depth to those who do not use the kit often. In addition, we also carry permanent and portable eyewash kits. For more extreme injuries, we have trauma first aid kits, as well as fire blankets and a burn station. For more specific trauma, we carry body fluid kits, quick CPR kits, and bloodborne pathogen kits with eye and mouth protection.
