The shell is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The 6-point suspension system offers unrivaled comfort without compromising performance. The unique 3D Adjustment provides a precise fit using harness depth settings unlike any other hard hat on the US market today. The Easy Slip Ratchet is simple to adjust and is an improved alternative to the traditional pin-lock system. There is a brushed nylon backed foam sweatband for comfort and universal accessory slots that accept virtually any competitors' accessories. Packed ready to wear with no-installation required! Meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, Type I, Class E requirements.
