The Rugged Blue Custom Hydro Dipped Next G2 Version 2 Camo Hard Hat is a decorated surface that is created by using hydrographics. Our custom hydro-dipped hard hats are created using the highest quality water-soluble films that contain the printed pattern. The film dissolves in water and leaves the ink on the exterior surface of the hard hat. We use a top-shelf clear coat that is automotive grade to withstand nature and time. All custom hydro-dipped hard hats are scratch resistant with a clear acrylic that is as durable as paint used on auto exteriors.

There are several steps in the hydrographic process:

• Priming the surface with an adhesion promoter
• Applying a base coat, which controls the hue of the pattern
• After a specialized drying process we are able to decorate the hard hat with the unique water-soluble film of your choice
• Once the film has been carefully transferred to the hat it is then washed
• The final step is painting the hard hat with a clear top coat that provides optimal results for scratch resistance, firmness, and longevity
