Best Plugs!
I couldn’t do without these nightly! Best ever!

Great conformity to ear canal
I like the way that a fresh set of these ear plugs conform to the ear canal after about ten seconds of insertion. I follow the advice of twisting them before insertion and lifting the upper part of the ear during insertion. I have also found it helps to drop the lower jaw during insertion because that opens up my ear canal even more.
