Mail Order:
We accept mail orders if paying by check or money order.

*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order.
To do this, simply add the items you whish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and caculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.

Canceling/Changing Orders

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Shipping Rules

Proof read your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Online Stores Inc. also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

Please select ECONOMY for all APO and FPO addresses. **Please select FRIEGHT for all Storage Cabinets. ***PLEASE NOTE EXPEDITED AIR ORDER CUT OFF TIMES under shipping information on the website.

If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your typing before continuing.

Refund & Return Policy

WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.

DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.

Safety Gear: Return UN-OPENED/UN-USED item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.

OPENED MERCHANDISE: There is a 15% re-stock fee on opened merchandise (safety glass packages or anything that is in a sealed plastic bag) regardless of when it is returned.

APPAREL, EAR PROTECTION, GLOVES, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES All apparel and accessories item(s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as hard hats, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders, that is items which we do not normally carry in invemtory, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.

RE-STOCK FEE: We do not charge a restock fee on UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise if you return the goods within 14 days. We charge a 15% restock fee if you return UN-OPENED/UN-USED merchandise after 14 days.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. The minimum order is $50.00. (PURCHASE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS.) Mail to the address above or or fax to 866-910-4016. You MUST FAX OR MAIL your own Purchase Order form. Purchase Order Form MUST be from your company's accounting department. Purchase Orders MUST be signed and have a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and you must be credit worthy. The PO must show the items you want and the prices. It takes longer to process a PO than a credit card order, typically 3 - 5 days. We do not ship PO's by air. If you need goods quickly order online with a credit card and specify next day or 2 day air. Purchase orders faxed over to us that are incomplete will NOT be processed. OLS is NOT liable for negligence. Please proof your purchase order before faxing. Please check the fax number before faxing. We do not accept COD orders. FREE SHIPPING COUPONS OR ANY OTHER COUPONS DO NOT APPLY FOR PURCHASE ORDERS.

Shipping Times

Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day.(Effective 03/09/2007) Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
